Company Structure
RHC is the master developer of the Infinity Planet and the trustee of the Rose Heritage City Trust. The project spans 68 hectares, and all land contracts, licenses, operational agreements, and investment frameworks are managed through RHC. As master developer, RHC leads the project from its initial concept to full operation and continues to oversee the long-term capital management of shareholders and partners.

The RHC CITY management team brings a wealth of expertise from diverse fields, having established strong collaborations with councils, government delegates, and renowned architects from Europe and the Middle East. And strong group of advisers from Australia, USA, UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Our leadership operates through a structured governance framework that ensures accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability of the Infinity Planet project. The Board of Directors and senior executives oversee strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining close engagement with government bodies and key stakeholders. This structured approach allows the project to remain aligned with both community needs and global best practices in large-scale urban development.
In addition, the management applies an integrated decision-making process that unites financial, technical, cultural, and environmental expertise under a single vision. Dedicated committees within the organization focus on innovation, sustainability, and investment partnerships, ensuring that every stage of Infinity Planet is guided by expert oversight and a clear strategic direction. This holistic model of governance not only strengthens investor confidence but also secures the project’s long-term cultural and economic impact.
Ramin Ahmadi (born 1965) is an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman with a diverse portfolio of ventures spanning land development, real estate, hospitality, investment, and education in building management services. His expertise also extends to new technologies, event management, and cultural initiatives.
He is the Founder and CEO of RHC City Pty Ltd in Australia and the Founder and Chairman of Neguin Group in Malaysia.
Over the course of his career, Ramin has been involved in more than 50 major projects across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, serving as a developer, manager, producer, and executive leader. He is also the author and translator of five books.
Among his most notable achievements is Tehran Mega Mall, Iran’s first large-scale retail and entertainment complex. The project features international department stores and brands, a hypermarket, cineplex, theme park, and sports center. Supported by EXIM Bank Malaysia, it was the first joint venture between Iran and Malaysia, launched in 2005.
